How to Order: Shipping & Returns Info

Here you’ll find key information about placing an order, delivery times, and return policies. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth ordering experience, from checkout to delivery and possible returns.

Benefit bike ordering instructions

An active Benefit Bike agreement with your employer is required

Your Employer MUST have an active Benefit Bike contract with Vapaus / OomiFillari. Connect your account to their benefit before starting your order!

Please review the Benefit Bike instructions provided by your employer

Check the Benefit Bike guide provided by your employer regarding the maximum price of your future Benefit Bike.

Proceed with placing your order

Start the ordering process from the Vapaus Precycled.io webshop.

Select the bike & accessories

You can go to the benefit bike order page, browse through our selection and choose the bike you want to get for yourself. We also offer an option for the test ride of the bike, if you are hesitant regarding the bike's size, functionality, etc.

We offer a selected amount of accessories for Precycled and New bikes for you to choose from. We suggest placing all necessary accessories in the same order as your benefit bike.

Select additional services

If you need a maintenance budget, you can include that in your order.

Select cancellation coverage only if your employer doesn’t provide it and you wish to have it.

Go to the shopping cart

Review your order and add possible discount codes. At this point, you can still edit your order and add additional services or accessories.

Check out

Add your contact and delivery details: contact information, shipping information, and the company full name you are working at. All necessary information for benefit bike order is asked at this step.

Select delivery method

At the moment we offer a pick-up option for the order, which is free of charge.

Helsinki Metropolitan Area home delivery (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) for 25€. Home delivery to other cities in Finland is 59€. Prices include VAT 25,5%.

Vapaus will create a benefit bike contract for you to approve

After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (such as accepting a contract, agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).

When the order has been finalized (bike delivered/released to you personally) the contract is activated, and changes to the contract are no longer possible.

After delivery

If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we would kindly ask you to inform us upon the arrival of your order/bike so that we can active insurance for your new benefit bike.

You have 3 days to return the benefit bike order or inform us of any issues. Please contact us at bikes@vapaus.io and we can proceed further with the return/reclamation.

After you’ve submitted your order

After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).

Bike delivery

If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we will arrange it through our A2B business delivery partner. They will call you before the delivery to agree on a suitable delivery time and date.

After delivery

You have 14 days to return the order or inform us of any issues.
Please contact us at bikes@vapaus.io so we can proceed with the return/reclamation.

Deliveries

  • Products are delivered within 1–5 working days from the date of order, unless specified otherwise. Please note that deliveries to the northern regions of Finland may take longer.

  • Our delivery partner in Finland is A2B.

  • Unfortunately, tracking is not available for deliveries. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please contact the delivery provider directly (A2B).

Returns & reclamations

  • The customer has a 14-day return right under the Consumer Protection Act for distance sales (direct sales). For benefit bike leasing, the return period is 3 days. Returns apply only to unused products ordered online. Vapaus may reject returns if products show use or damage beyond its control.

  • Product returns are at the customer’s expense and can be made either in person at Vapaus’ premises or via delivery service. If returned by delivery, the customer is responsible for proper packaging and any transport damage. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • If the order contains a defective product or other issue, the customer must notify Vapaus without delay. Complaints must be submitted within seven days of receiving the order—via this form for benefit bike leasing, or by email to bikecenter@vapaus.io for consumer sales.
